Belgrave Road

The project at Belgrave road spanned 14 months and works included the restoration of 10 dilapidated buildings into HMO properties with 8-14 bedrooms. 84 new bedrooms were created during the development; 24 Kitchen installations; and 72 bathroom installations. We are incredibly proud to play our small part in regenerating the city, and providing new homes by restoring these beautiful period properties back to life in the city centre
